Building Bridges

What is the Red Hat Accelerators program about ? The Red Hat Accelerators program is a global community
of Red Hat technology experts and enthusiasts who share their knowledge with Red Hat's customers, within
their community, and with Red Hat - so, the members are building bridges between customers and Red Hat.

What does this explicitly mean, building bridges ? All Red Hat developers and engineers are trying their best
to offer and release absolutely reliable, extremely secure, and also perfectly polished products and services.

Of course, there is no guarantee that this can be achieved as intended, sometimes overseen and deeply
hidden bugs might be undiscovered, or sometimes something simply may evolve into a wrong direction.

Exactly here is where the Red Hat Accelerators step in, they have early access to information on internal
plans, and road maps - they participate in regular meetings with Red Hat developers, engineers, and the
marketing and sales teams, where they provide their expertise and make suggestions to improve things.
Red Hat's customers (and also Red Hat itself) profit from this combination of experience and knowledge.

Red Hat Accelerators help customers by directly providing personal support and solutions in open source
communities, such like the official Red Hat Customer Portal Community. Red Hat Accelerators share their
knowledge with others by attending internal, and external meetings (technology conferences and events).
